PlexCall
Introducing PlexCall, the customer service management system for today’s large venue seating. The
system is very simple to use. A patron presses the Call Button located at their table - it lights up.
The servers respond when they see the corresponding Call Light illuminated on the
PlexCall Monitor. When the server arives at the table the lighted Call Button is turned off. PlexCall Monitors are placed in strategic locations
throughout the complex for easy viewing by
servers and managers, ensuring quick service.
The monitors display a seating layout of the entire
complex with details of seats, tables, Call Buttons, and a
list of “tables waiting”.
The “tables waiting” and their corresponding Call Lights in
the seating layout are color coded for wait-time
sensitivity. The colors - green, yellow, and red - indicate
how long the patron has been waiting for sevice. Green
tells the server the Call Button has recently been pushed.
It changes to yellow as time passes, and will change to
red if too much time goes by. When the server reaches
the table, the Call Button is simply turned off. More colors
are used for maintenance and simple diagnostic
procedures.
Diagnostic Indicators displayed on the PlexCall
Monitors provide constant status of system communications. Should communications between Call Buttons and PlexCall Monitors become interrupted for any reason, various items on the display - such as the seating location or call button icon - change color. The displayed alert color indicates where the problem has occurred. If a situation arises, you will know before your customer knows.
The PlexCall Computer is the nerve center of the PlexCall System. It provides wireless communications within your complex to the PlexCall Monitors. It also records service statistics such as the total number of calls, the average wait time, and the total number of red lights on a daily basis for each area of your complex, giving owners and managers access to vital service information.
The PlexCall Manager Status Pager is a wireless monitoring device that notifies the manager with vibration, flashing lights, and sound when a patron has been waiting too long. At the press of a button the display will rotate through each area of your complex showing you a list of all red seats.
