We had several problems, first customers visiting our Express Service Center were not able to hear a page if they left the waiting area. We wanted them to be able to shop on our lot while they were waiting. The second problem was the large volume of PA calls we were doing. It made it hard to talk to customers on the phone. The InfoCube solved both our problems. Now our customer do not have to listen to the blaring PA system and they can check out our new model cars, trucks and SUVs while they wait. An added bonus of The InfoCube is the ability we have to advertise. We can tell our customers about specials, new models and features, view industry reviews, etc. We love the system!
